My son and I recently joined the gym and it has been great experience especially with Tommy at the front desk. He has taken the time to build our confidence and make sure we are welcome. My partner and I visited as we were from interstate. The facilities were incredible to say the least. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The friendliness that we were shown from our initial phonecall to when we left was second to none. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back! I absolutely love Derrimut gym! The facilities are top-notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of workout equipment is impressive. The atmosphere here is so motivating, and I've seen great results since I started coming. My only minor gripe is the limited parking spots available. It can be a bit of a hassle to find parking during peak hours, but once you're inside, the gym experience is totally worth it.
This is the 2nd largest gym in Australia 🇦🇺 you can find every possible equipments in this gym and there are classes for those who loves cardio , there is sauna bath etc . Large parking area is also included in this gym
In the reception there is a small shopping area specially gym wears and you can find some healthy food as well.
However this place is crowded most of the time . I usually go after 6 o’clock so it’s over crowded and you have to wait for the machines
If you go after 7:30 PM or early morning the. Crowd will be little less.
Overall this would be a good place to workout
Best gym I've ever been too.this place is big (massive)the guys who work here are friendly easy going and more than happy to answer questions and show you around.
It is right the price is affordable, however this people are no concern in creating the right environment for exercising, the Pilates room was dirty full of dust, next to the Pilates room is a weight lifting area which people throws the weights on the floor, making the entire Pilates room shake everything they do so.
The light of the room is so dark and unwelcoming,the Pilates machine doesn’t look that has been done maintenance, plus the quality of the machine are super poor. Over all poor poor experience and dirty environment. Give three to be fair for the price but to be honest if you are gonna have a Pilates studio is better to do well or to have nothing.
No parking it’s big time struggle go find parking anytime of the day really.
- Not enough equipments at gym upstairs like no padding or attachment always missing something
- No paper towels or soap most of the time ladies gym upstairs.
- The cleaner clean the sona spa at night time around 7pm when it’s crazy busy everyone wants to enjoy sona. I missed many times due to this cleaning issue.
- Unhappy unprofessional staff at the counter extremely rude and disrespectful.
- The most annoying is the scanner never work.
The gym is cheap but it can be very annoying when there is no soap after toilet. Horrible !
